I am a lover of the universe and a student of life, the proud mother of three world-changing women. Helping others comes naturally—I feel deeply, nurture endlessly, and find joy in the beauty of art, music, and the world around me. Simple pleasures fill my heart: walking barefoot in the grass, gazing at the stars, and feeling the wind dance across my skin. These moments ground me, remind me of life's quiet magic, and connect me to a deeper sense of peace and wonder.
Empathy is my strength, and integrity is my guide. I live transparently and authentically, embracing joy, sorrow, and every emotion in between. I believe that by fully experiencing every moment—whether it’s a moment of happiness, grief, or quiet reflection—we grow stronger and more connected to the world and people around us. Seeing the people I love smile brings me the greatest happiness. I love deeply and laugh often, even as I sometimes cry. My heart is strong, and I stand firmly against hatred in any form, striving to spread kindness and understanding wherever I go.
My story is filled with challenges and beautiful moments alike. Each experience, no matter how difficult, has taught me to embrace life’s lessons and feel every emotion fully. Life’s unpredictability reminds me to never leave kind words unspoken—each day is a gift, and time is never promised. I’ve learned that the heart’s capacity for love and resilience is limitless, and it is through these challenges that I have become more aligned with my purpose.
This sense of purpose fuels my professional journey as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and Sober Coach, where I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their recovery path. I combine a strong educational foundation with hands-on experience, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and attachment theory to guide others through their healing.
My mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their true selves, overcome challenges, and create fulfilling lives while fostering resilience and growth through individual, group, and family counseling. I am dedicated to continuous professional development to ensure I provide the most effective, compassionate care. Through my volunteer work with Victim Services through the police department, I have deepened my understanding of trauma and healing, which further enhances my ability to guide individuals toward lasting recovery and well-being.
My work is rooted in a passion for living transparently and authentically. I share reflections from my heart and life with the hope of inspiring, healing, and empowering others to embrace their truth and live with purpose. Through vulnerability and honesty, I believe we can unlock our fullest potential and begin to heal the wounds that hold us back. Every step we take toward authenticity is an act of courage, and I am here to walk alongside you on that journey.
In my practice, I provide sober coaching and chemical dependency counseling, guiding individuals and families toward recovery with compassion and evidence-based support. Every moment holds the power to spark change, and my mission is to touch lives—one person at a time. I believe in the transformative power of connection and the beauty of shared stories. Together, we can create a ripple effect of kindness, connection, and transformation, building a world where we honor and uplift one another. Whether through deep conversations, shared experiences, or simple acts of compassion, I am committed to supporting you in finding your true path.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. May you always feel seen, heard, and loved.
Blessings to you!
I chose the name Living Incognito for my business because it reflects how we often hide our true identity behind things like substance use, often driven by shame. The term "incognito" suggests living in a concealed way, which mirrors how people may disguise who they really are to avoid facing difficult emotions, experiences, or the stigma associated with their struggles. For me, the name symbolizes the journey of living behind a mask, using substances to shield ourselves from our true selves and from the shame that can feel too heavy to bear. This mask, though protective in the short term, creates a barrier that isolates us from the connections and healing we so deeply need. It’s about acknowledging the need for privacy, but also recognizing the deeper truth that hiding behind these substances often prevents us from living authentically.
As a chemical dependency counselor and sober coach, I guide individuals in breaking free from this disguise. Too often, the shame we carry grows heavier the longer we conceal our true selves, feeding cycles of self-doubt and fear. But there is power in stepping out of that disguise. My goal is to help people break free from the shadows, release the shame that holds them captive, and reconnect with who they truly are at the core. By shedding these masks, we can begin to live more freely, embracing vulnerability as a source of strength and healing. Together, we can uncover the truth of who we are, rebuild our sense of self-worth, and step into a life of purpose and authenticity.
I not a medical professional and I do not offer medical advice or dispense medication. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, challenge your thinking, and support you in learning how to manage stress, create a vision for your future, and identify your core values. I am here to help you move past painful events, set meaningful goals, and realize that you are valuable. Whether you are navigating life transitions, working to reduce or control substance use, or seeking to release feelings of shame, I encourage you to feel every emotion fully and develop your emotional intelligence. Together, we will work toward living from the inside out, feeling alive again, and taking charge of your life. I will help you align with your true purpose and authentic self, understand your value, and embrace your independence. Vulnerability is a courageous act, and fear can become a driving force that pushes you forward, rather than something that stops you. Being scared is a natural part of the process, but it’s important to keep moving toward creating a life worth living. Through our work together, you'll get your life back on track, release the weight of shame, and discover that failure is simply a stepping stone, not a setback.
