Self-Study Programs may be your perfect fit if you:

  • Have a very busy and/or unpredictable schedule and cannot commit to regular coaching sessions.
  • Prefer to study on your own, at your own pace.

With Self-Study programs, you can fit learning, growing, and studying into your schedule and do the exercises when it is most convenient for you.  Study at your own pace and spend as much time as you need to on each lesson. 

These programs are designed as an organized system to get started learning new skills in the program area., organized in one convenient workbook.  These programs include the option to contact me if you get stuck, need more explanation on an exercise, or just need a listening ear if the lesson brought up something that hit a hard and is causing issues for you.

Facing Fear


If you have a little fear, it is normal. Fear is instinctual, it helps to protect you from danger and harm. Your fear may help you to recognize when you are about to do something risky and guide you to make a better choice. The problem is when fear is not protecting you from something that is not really dangerous but is holding you back from taking calculated risks and doing/learning new things. If fear is holding you back and creating bigger problems in your life, it is time to start evaluating where these fears come from and stop them from holding you hostage. When your internal dialogue about your fears makes you avoid doing things that you really want to do, then you need to confront that fear. Your fear is causing you to live a life that is not fulfilling, it is time to get to the source of that fear. 

In this course you will:

  • Understand how you deal with difficulties
  • Identify current challenges and how fear is holding your hostage
  • Learn about yourself and know why this/these fears are crippling you
  • Get clear about the source of your fears
  • Identify thoughts and emotions tied to your fear

You are human, your mind is wired to avoid pain but stuffing away the pain only creates agony.  You can cannot rewrite the past but you can write a new chapter for your future. Owning those pieces of you that you make you unique, there is no shame in your story. 


In this course, you will: 

  • Identify your stories that plague you.
  • Discover where these stories began. 
  • Explore limiting beliefs in that story. 
  • Address core beliefs that keep you from moving forward.
  • KNOW that you ARE enough, your story does NOT define you.
  • Give yourself permission to change and create a new story. 
  • Name those stories and tame them.
  • Change your thoughts about your story.
